QuickBooks Migration to Acumatica

One of our specialties is migrating QuickBooks data (from QuickBooks Desktop or QuickBooks Online) to Acumatica.  We have successfully helped many companies migrate full financial data, including invoices, payments, credit memos, bills, bill payments, vendor credits, journal entries, trial balances, customers, vendors, items, and even inventory.  We use our AcuSync Platform to transform the data and then perform comparisons and validation for the general ledger and the AR/AP subledgers that tie out to the penny.

As Part of this Service, We Migrate:

Invoices/

Sales Receipts

Open, partially paid, and closed invoices are imported as Acumatica Invoices along with their customer, billing information, terms, line items, sales tax, and due dates.  Sales Receipts are imported as Acumatica Cash Sales.

Customer

Payments

Customer payments are imported as Acumatica Payments and then applied to invoices and credit memos.

Credit

Memos

Open and closed credit memos are imported as Acumatica Credit Memos along with their customer information.

Vendor

Bills

Open, partially paid, and closed bills are imported as Acumatica Bills along with their vendor, billing information, terms, line items, and due dates.

Vendor Payments

Vendor payments are imported as Acumatica Bill Payments and then applied to bills and debit adjustments.

Vendor Credits

Open and closed vendor credits are imported as Acumatica Debit Adjustments along with their vendor information.

Master

Data

Master data such as customer, vendor, and item records are imported and linked to all corresponding transactions.

Other Transactions

Other QuickBooks transactions that do not affect AR/AP such QuickBooks Expenses, Bank Deposits, Checks, Credit Card Charges/Credits, Transfers, and Journals are imported as Acumatica Journal Entries.

GL, AR, AP Validation

Once all data is imported into Acumatica, we compare the QuickBooks Trial Balance to Acumatica for accuracy, including the AR & AP subledgers to make sure applications & open balances are correct to the penny.

"Having all of your financial data in your new system is extremely valuable, especially when it looks and feels exactly as if the data was entered directly into the system."
